そのうち来るだろうと思っていたけど案の定Picasaを殺すらしいのでGoogleに文句を投げつけてやったその原文。Googleもどこに行くんでしょうね。M&Aやった元のサービスより良くなったことなんて一度もないうちにサービス殺して劣化版のサービスを押し付けるなんてことをいつまで続ける気なんだろう。クラウドのプラットフォーム競争でもすっかり破れつつあるし。
As I heard you are going to kill Picasa, I am now reluctantly moving to your new stupid photos application now.
I am trying to upload my new photos from my mac, but with your new stupid photo back up application, I have no way to create new album whereas I could comfortably create this with Picasa App.
Once photos are uploaded, all photos are just listed by timestamp, without ANY distinction between photos taken by iPhone, and by my digital SLR camera. Are you suggesting to pick up photos from timeline, and create album manually? ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SUGGESTING SUCH STUPID WORKFLOW?
This is your application and your service, you can kill these anytime, as other massive number of services, anytime.
But if you think about your user, prepare better client application.
Stop asking user to use stupid photos back up application
